You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us (logos, text, images, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it as necessary to deliver our services.

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary or confidential information without prior written consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stremeline Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stremeline Digital, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:
